“Site”: means the Internet site accessible at the URL address www.arom-selections.com
“You”, “Your” or “User”: means i) the visitor to the AROM Sélections Site, i.e. the person browsing the Site without having created a customer account or placed an order, ii) the prospect of AROM Sélections, i.e. the person who has created a customer account but has not yet ordered products and iii) the customer of AROM Sélections, i.e. the person who has placed an order via the Site.
PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
Toutes les informations que vous avez pu nous fournir lors de vos visites sur notre Site et/ou la passation de vos commandes, sont strictement confidentielles. Ces informations sont nécessaires à la finalité de leurs traitements telle que la gestion de vos commandes ainsi que les relations commerciales que nous entretenons avec vous.
Nous collectons les données personnelles que vous nous déclarez volontairement lors de la création de votre compte personnel, à savoir : vos noms, prénom, adresse de courrier électronique.
Nous collectons et traitons également les Données Personnelles suivantes :

- Les Données nécessaires à i) la réalisation des actions de fidélisation, de prospection et de promotion, ii) à l’organisation et au traitement des jeux concours, de loteries et toute opération promotionnelle telles que la date de participation, les réponses apportées aux jeux concours et la nature des lots offerts iii) les données relatives à vos contributions (avis sur des produits contenus ou encore le Site).
La collecte et le traitement de ces données personnelles sur le Site sont principalement destinés à permettre la gestion de vos commandes.
