Who are we ?

Husband and wife and parents of two children, our oenological discovery began when Alexandra entered her Master's program in the Grande École program at ESSEC Business School, and in particular in the oenology association "Elyxir". With a frequency of two to three tastings per week hosted on campus, as well as one weekend per month in the vineyards - experiences that Romain can take part in - the discovery is complete and the meetings with passionate and committed winemakers numerous.

A shared passion gradually developed, pushing Alexandra to continue her studies in this sector - notably by joining the ESSEC Chair of Exceptional Know-How with extended experience within the marketing and oenology teams of Champagne Dom Pérignon (LVMH group) - then by obtaining her WSET 2.

Romain, a professional pastry chef and chocolatier, developed his palate through numerous tastings and perfected his knowledge of old vintages and rare wines - an attraction developed from his oenological initiation; while developing his knowledge of the sector via the WSET 2.

After several international experiences (Spain, South Africa) and then the opening of a pastry shop - chocolate shop specializing in "gluten-free" in Eygalières in the heart of the Alpilles, a desire for change, inspired by the arrival of our first daughter, pushed us to listen to our passion for wine and to develop AROM Sélections with an offer focused solely on rare wines and old vintages.
